Refund policy
Due to all of our hats being custom made, all hats are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged hat, please reach out to us at shopkaykountry@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. You must provide pictures of the hats damages and the box it was shipped in.
In accordance with our return policy, returns will not be approved if reasoning is due to sizing as all hats are custom and made to order. So please refer to our size guide to help determine the best sized hat for you. Reach out for assistance if you have any questions.
All shipping costs for returns wilI not be refunded or covered by Kay Kountry LLC.
